After years of back and neck pain, my family doctor ordered a new MRI of my neck and spine. The test revealed two problematic discs in my neck and two problematic discs in my lower spine. The combination of the four locations caused daily headaches, pain in my lower back and legs. Every night, sleep was difficult because there was numbness and tingling in my extremities.
